  XL Series Soil Stabilizer Performance and characteristic

1.The engines belong to the N-series engines of the CUMMISNS company, which have the characteristics of dense structure, small noise, easy maintenance, low waste gas exhaust, etc. The power storage of the whole machine is large and the reliability is higher.

2.The hydraulic system adopts the serial-pump scheme. The international famous imported parts are selected for the main elements which have the advantages of high allowable pressure, high efficiency, low noise, full functions, etc. The pump is integrated with the elements such as the pressure restriction valve, high pressure safety valve, bypass-valve, etc., and makes the structure of the hydraulic structure have simple structure and convenient installation and maintenance.

3.The structure of the working device shall be optimized and designed, the working resistance shall be reduced and the working efficiency shall be improved;

4.The driving axle produced by Meritor Axle Co., Ltd. with Sino-American joint venture, which has advanced design sound structure and reliable manufacture quality.

5.Grand cab, as well as the Korean green glass is adopted, with wider eyeshot, The integrated rubber sealing pad is adopted for the bottom slab of the cab, which has good sealing performance. The noise around the ears of the driver is low and a top-built air-conditioning is prepared.

6.The injection manipulation table, instrument plate and control box are adopted, which are large and grand. Furthermore, the acoustics, etc. are deployed. The positions of the manipulation rods are respectively at two sides of the seat, which are easy to be closed to and have comfortable operation.
