Three-wheel full driving moving system and the hydraulic differential lock can ensure to be suitable for the poor road conditions with stepless transmission and high/low shift gears to meet the fast transfer and milling operation requirement. The steering of the single front wheel, with small turning radius, can mill along the manhole covers. The dimension of the appearance is small, which is smart and has strong slope climbing capability. The milling depth is easy to be adjusted, with stepless adjustment ranging from a certain mm to 120mm. The high-strength and high wear resistance imported cutter head and cutter rest have long service life and low construction cost. The imported hydraulic parts and reducers have high working reliability. Excellent welting milling performance with right rear leg which can be fast swung into the frame makes the milling wheel attached to the cad edge stone o wall for milling operation.
