   It is a tyre type paver featuring good maneuverability, high speed and large traction force. It can meet different paving requirements, and the paving width can be stepless adjusted from 2.5m to 7.0m. It is mainly used for the maintenance of municipal roads, parking lots, highways of high grade and road paving operations. It can be used to pave multiple kinds of materials, especially the asphalt concrete materials, and it can be flexibly used in small, medium or large paving operations. And it also features satisfactory levelness and compactness.

Technical features

1,Reliable drive technology: Rear 4WD, large ground contact area, higher traction force than single wheel drive, and the tyre slippery is effectively avoided. Extra high traction force, applicable to various work conditions, including road construction and site transfer at hilly country

2,Advanced screed technology: Hydraulic stepless extension/withdrawal, applicable to the work condition of widened road. The 3-point suspension system ensures stable extension/withdrawal of screed and good rigidness of the screed. With stepless adjustable vibrating rotation speed, it can meet different work requirements.

1,Strong power system: It adopts Shanghai D4114 diesel engine, featuring low temperature start, energy-saving and environmental care. The large area water radiator and hydraulic oil radiator ensure long time continuous paving operation under 50°C. The hydraulic system is cooled with priority, which ensures high reliability.

2,Stable hydraulic system and drive system: With parts of overseas brands, and the integrated hydraulic system, it has stable and reliable performance. It adopts drive axle main drive technology, and there is 2 speed gear transmission mounted on the axle, which is convenient to shift between the paving gear and travel gear. The unique differential lock design avoids slippery.

3,Accurate control system: It adopts mechanical-electric-hydraulic integrated control technology, featuring high level of automation, control accuracy and reliability. The left/right feed/material distribution device adopts supersonic level gauge which can achieve automatic even feeding of materials. The standard configuration includes electronic automatic leveling device which ensures higher evenness of the paving surface.

4,Advanced feed/ material distribution system: The system adopts integrated drive technology, the feed system and distribution system are independent and they can be controlled separately.The bottom plate of feeding system adopts extra wear resistant steel plate, and the conveying chain has high strength which ensures long life. The distribution blades is made of wear resistant alloy, , open type joint, featuring convenient assembly and disassembly and long life.

5,Efficient electrical heating technology: The efficient electrical heating system is convenient to operate, safe, energy-saving, and environmental friendly, especially applicable to the municipal highways and road maintenance work.

6,Comfortable control system: All the control devices are installed at the instrument panel, which is convenient to operate. The control panel can be slide to any position to meet the work condition, in addition to the wide view, it is convenient to operate. The whole paving process can be controlled through the central control panel or by auxiliary control from the outer control console at left/right side.

7,Convenient maintenance Adopting patented central lubrication system, installed with originally imported lubrication device, which greatly reduces maintenance work and improves productivity.The hydraulic system is installed with ball valves for the inlet and oil return pipelines, which is convenient for the inspection and repair of the system.
